Product Return
All products sold are not returnable nor exchangeable.
In order to guarantee our customers' satisfaction, we inspect every product thoroughly. In the unlikely event of damage or shortage of goods upon arrival, please inform us within 3 days of arrival.
To return a product, contact us at +603 8964 5332 or email to [email protected] , where an inspection would be held. Return items should be sent together with the original box and the packaging material. We will replace the product subject to stock availability.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received refunds, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
